We only service homes that are smoke-free for health reasons.
To ensure the safety of dogs in our care, we are only accepting requests from new dog clients with fully fenced-in backyards at this time.
Exceptions are made as necessary. Client must sign a liability waiver.

Bookings help us plan our availability for all clients; therefore, we do not offer refunds or credits for early returns home

When pets from different households stay together, each pet parent must have a Time to Pet account and will be invoiced separately - visiting client will be charged 50% of daily rate
